I aim to challenge, motivate and inspire my team, providing mentorship and support to achieve their own and the businesses goals.
Collaboration and communication is a success metric for all departments I oversee. Designers, developers, project managers & QA working together is imperative to performing our jobs efficiently, hitting project budgets, and building a successful product. Brainstorming with the field experts together allows each party to understand and iterate ideas to solve problems with the best technological, business, and user approaches to provide maximum impact and ROI.
